The Authorize.net payment gateway includes a virtual terminal for offline card processing.

The merchant simply submits an encrypted electronic form that provides the Authorize.Net system with the information it needs to authorize credit card transactions. Authorize.Net server stores the transaction, and you receive an authorization number.
